Refunds Manager is a business which files personalized claims to get client’s money back from Amazon. Using a combination of software and manual reviews they offer reimbursements. Given the complexity of their business, it was important that we develop a minimalistic and inviting language, and step-by-step directs, in order to make their mission easy to understand. We redesigned their existing site, including a digital style guide, personalized icons, and visual language.
